Gently pull off the device cap to remove it from the device. Do not use the device while the cap is attached to either end.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">The pre-set treatment time is six minutes. The six-minute timer will reset if you change from cold to hot or hot to cold during treatment.&#xA0;</li></ul><h2 id="using-your-device">Using Your Device</h2><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Turn on the device.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Begin the treatment of your choice by quickly pressing the cold or heat button. The blue LED light will turn on during the cold treatment, and the orange LED light will turn on during the heat treatment.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">The cold and heat treatments each have three temperature settings: cold, colder, and coldest and warm, warmer, and warmest.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">To change the temperature, quickly press the cold or heat button a second or third time. The LED light will brighten as the temperature intensity increases, and will flash once at the lowest intensity, twice at the second intensity, and three times at the third intensity setting.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Use the Wand on one side of your face gently gliding the device underneath your eyes and throughout your face in upward and outward motions.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">After three minutes, the light will flash, signaling you to switch to the other side of your face. Use of the eyeshield is optional. Using the eyeshield can reduce strain on the eyes from the light. If you choose not to use the eyeshield, keep your eyes closed throughout your treatment. Do not look into LED lights during treatment. *Normal use of TheraFace Mask eyeshields may result in redness around your eye area. Some redness is normal and should subside within 5-10 minutes of using TheraFace Mask.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Place the device on your face, and adjust both of the Velcro straps to your desired fit.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">To turn on the device, either Long press the LED button (G) to turn ON LED light + vibration, or the vibration button (H) to turn ON vibration only.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Short press the vibration button (H) or LED button to toggle through each vibration mode (Continuous, Breathing, and Wave).</span></li></ul><h2 id="led-therapy">LED Therapy</h2><p>The TheraFace Mask has three LED light therapy wavelength options: Red, Red + Infrared, Blue. Long press the LED button (G) to turn ON the LED light and vibration. This will turn on the 648 multi-color LED lights around the face, the eight vibration motors around the eyes, and the nine vibration motors on the top and back of the head. Face and head vibration therapy accompanies LED light treatment during Red and Red + Infrared treatment. Only head vibration therapy is available during Blue Light treatment.</p><p>When you turn ON the device, it will begin an automatic Red Light + vibration treatment. In this mode, the device will guide you through a science-backed treatment that cycles through Red (3 minutes), Red + Infrared (3 minutes), and Blue (3 minutes) light therapy in combination with vibration patterns, for a 9-minute treatment.</p><p>Short press the LED button (G) to toggle through each of the three LED light modes (Red, Red + Infrared, Blue). Each LED light mode is a 3-minute treatment. Short press the vibration button (H) to toggle through each of the three vibration pattern modes (Continuous, Breathing, and Wave). Long press the LED button (G) to power the device OFF.</p><h2 id="vibration-therapy">Vibration Therapy</h2><p>Long press the vibration button (H) to turn ON vibration only. This will turn on the eight vibration motors around the eyes and the nine vibration motors on the top and back of the head. When you turn ON the device, it will begin on the Continuous mode. Short press the vibration button (H) to toggle through each of the three vibration pattern modes (Continuous, Breathing, and Wave). The treatment time is 15 minutes.</p><p>Short press the vibration button (H) to reach the second vibration mode, Breathing. Allow the motors to guide you through a breathing exercise. First, breathe in for five seconds as the vibration intensity increases. The high-speed vibration is your cue to begin to exhale. Continue to exhale as the vibration gradually slows.</p><p>Short press the vibration button (H) to reach the third vibration mode, Wave. Sequential vibration patterns will move from face to head during the Wave treatment. Long press the vibration button (H) to power the device OFF.</p><h2 id="charging-and-led-indicator-guide">Charging and LED Indicator Guide</h2><p>The TheraFace Mask is USB-C enabled and comes with a charging cable. Before charging, ensure the device is powered off. To power off long press the LED button (G) or vibration button (H). Begin with a clean, dry face. Do not allow the device to come in contact with colored solids or liquids, as it is hard to clean after being dyed. Remove all makeup, wash hands thoroughly, and ensure that cosmetics (such as lipstick) and oils do not contact the device.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Put on the device. Place the device on your face, and adjust both of the Velcro straps to your desired fit. The device should fit snug but not too tight on your face.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Turn on the device. Press and hold the LED power button to begin a light and vibration treatment. Press and hold the power button to turn on the vibration treatment only. At any point during the light and vibration treatment, press and hold vibration button to turn off the vibration for light treatment only. &#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Select your desired LED light treatment setting. The device will guide you through a 12-minute science-backed treatment that automatically cycles through three LED light treatment types; red light, red + infrared light, and blue light. Each treatment will be 4 minutes long. Press the LED power button at any point to cycle through light therapy types.
